Alliance for Choice Derry are proud to collaborate with Stop Street Harrasment NI for this night of safe, inclusive fun!

Following years of lockdown’s and isolation’s to the harrowing rise in the number of women and members of LGBTQA+ being spiked on night’s out, along with the constant risk of sexual harassment, we have decided to follow popular clubs and venues in England and have a night exclusively for us!

We are so excited to host our event in the hottest new venue in Derry, ‘The Night Stairs’ cocktail bar located upstairs The Sooty Olive - Spencer Road. There will be a Buffet provided (vegan, gluten free dietary requirements can be catered to please let us know).

To host the night we have the fabulous Derry Drag Diva ‘Bebe W’ (Afab queen) who will walk us through the nights events that include:

• 2000’s themed quiz (icebreaker activity)

• Drag Bingo

• Y2K lip sync battle

• The night will be followed by a DJ set with the DJ yet to be annouced!

Dress up is encouraged if not essential. Alternatively wear that fun outfit you haven’t had an excuse to wear out yet!

Important to note: Unfortunately the venue is upstairs which may be inaccessible to some with mobility issues. We are keeping this in mind for future events.

Ticket prices cover the costs of the night including food, venue and host etc. We wanted those on low income to be able to join in on the fun. If you are in a position to pay solidarity price this is greatly appreciated as it will cover the remainder for someone who couldn’t.
